1. Fill in all required form fields.

2. The booking form is a request and does not constitute a binding reservation from you or from the Camping.

3. Once your request is confirmed and availability is ensured, a bank account will be provided for the payment of your deposit.

4. Your reservation is valid only after the deposit is paid (30% of the total amount or any other agreed amount). Please inform the Reservations Department and provide proof of payment via bank transfer. The deposit amount must not be less than the price of one night.

5. The deposit must be confirmed via fax or email with proof of bank transaction.

6. Campers who have not made a reservation will be served based on arrival and availability at Reception.

7. Reservations cannot be made for specific or adjacent pitches, nor for specific or adjacent rental accommodations.

8. Pitches are not available before 14:00 and rental accommodations not before 15:00. If you arrive earlier, your vehicle must remain in the external parking area.

9. The balance of your account must be settled no later than 12:00 for camping pitches and 11:00 for rental accommodations. Staying beyond that time incurs a day-use charge. After checkout, you may remain in the camping area, but your vehicle must be parked outside.

10. Pets are accepted under specific conditions. In cases of complaints (persistent barking, lack of cleanliness, beach access, etc.), management reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Pets are not allowed inside Bell Tents.

11. You are required to comply with the campsite’s rules and regulations. The management reserves the right to terminate your stay if you violate any of the terms.

12. Electricity on pitches is available from April 16 and must be used with properly grounded cables and extension cords of at least 15 meters.

13. Placement of tents is not allowed before full payment. The effort will be made to assign you the spot of your choice.

14. Children under 6 are not charged. Visitors under 18 are only allowed with legal guardian supervision throughout their stay.

Cancellation Policy

1. In case of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, minus any possible bank fees.

2. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, 30% of the deposit is non-refundable.

3. The total amount for your stay is paid upon arrival. In the case of early departure, no refunds are given and the total amount is still due.

4. If you reduce the number of nights less than 30 days before your arrival, a proportional cancellation policy applies based on the number of nights reduced.

5. In case of booking cancellation, the pitch or accommodation will become available again to other guests.
