The purpose of the regulations is to ensure the best possible service for all campers. By entering and staying at the Camping, you automatically accept the following terms:
Check-in & Reception: Entry to the Camping is through the Reception, which operates daily from 08:00 to 24:00.
ID Requirement: Upon arrival, campers are required to hand over their passports or ID cards, which remain at Reception until departure.
Camping Spot Assignment: Camping spots are assigned by the Reception.
Check-out for Tents: Check-out from tents must be completed by 12:00. After that time, a day-use fee will apply.
Check-out from Bungalows & Bell Tents: Check-out from bungalows and bell tents must be completed by 11:00. After that time, if you remain within the camping area, a day-use fee will apply. Check-in begins at 15:00.
Fire Prohibition: Lighting fires is strictly prohibited both within the Camping and on the beach. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas.
Cleanliness: Keep all areas clean and use the designated trash bins.
Respect for Nature: Respect nature and avoid damaging trees and plants. Do not pour dirty water on them.
Vehicles: All vehicles within the Camping are charged. If you prefer not to keep your car inside the Camping to avoid the charge, there is a free outdoor parking area available. In this case, you must inform Reception in advance. Vehicles normally inside the Camping that return after 01:00 are still charged.
Vehicle Movement: The speed limit within the Camping is 5 km/h. Vehicles must remain exclusively in their designated parking space and must not occupy extra space. Driving inside the Camping is allowed only for entry, parking, and exit – all other vehicle movement is strictly prohibited.
Vehicle Movement Restrictions: Entry and movement of vehicles within the Camping is prohibited after 01:00. If you return after that time, you must park in the external parking lot and enter on foot.
Quiet Hours: From 01:00 to 07:00, absolute silence is required to maintain peace in the Camping. During the rest of the day, loud music is prohibited in both tent areas and rooms to ensure a calm environment for all campers.
Change in Number of Guests: Any change in the number of guests must be reported immediately to Reception. Each additional person will be charged accordingly.
Responsibility for Damages: Campers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors to the Camping facilities or equipment.
Waste: All waste must be sealed in bags before being disposed of in the designated bins. Campers are responsible for keeping their area clean.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or constructions that alter the appearance of the Camping are strictly prohibited, including the construction of shelters, fences, storage units, or BBQs.
Use of Electricity: Electricity is provided exclusively for lighting, radios, TVs, and refrigerators. The use of AC units, electric stoves, coffee makers, and microwaves over 1500W in tents is strictly prohibited.
Electric Charging: Charging any type of vehicle or means of transportation is strictly prohibited within the Camping, including bicycles, cars, scooters, and motorcycles.
Tent Setup: Only traditional tent anchoring methods are allowed.
Infrastructure Modifications: Any interference with water supply, irrigation, or other infrastructure of the Camping is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Items: The use of airguns or any type of projectile devices is strictly prohibited.
Responsibility for Personal Items: The Camping is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Campers must safeguard their belongings themselves.
Force Majeure: The management holds no responsibility in cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, fires, or terrorist acts.
Use of Facilities: Use of the playground, tennis court, and outdoor gym is at the camper’s own risk. These facilities are strictly off-limits to minors unless supervised by an adult.
Compliance with the Rules: Management reserves the right to remove campers or visitors who do not comply with the Camping regulations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
Prepayment & Early Departure: Full payment for the stay is due upon arrival. In the case of early departure, before the scheduled departure date as booked, no refund will be issued and the guest is obliged to pay the full amount of the stay, regardless of how many nights were actually stayed.
Pet Policy
Responsibilities of Campers with Pets: Owners are fully responsible for their pets, which are not allowed to roam freely or swim in designated swimming areas.
Required Documents: Pet owners must carry the animal’s health booklet.
Leash Requirement: Pets must always be kept on a leash and under the supervision of their owners. Owners are obliged to clean up after their pets.
Responsibility for Pets: The Camping is not responsible for pets that escape the owner’s supervision or cause disturbance.
